What's covered?
All parts supplied and fitted by us at Atkins Car Care Ltd are protected by our 'One Year' or '12000 Mile' Guarantee, whichever comes first. This means that if any part we install within this period becomes faulty, we will replace it under our parts guarantee.
However, please note that we do not cover:
- Bulbs, seals, gaskets, or wiper blades
- Parts that have failed due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Any labour charges if a supplied part is deemed not faulty
- The cost of parts that we have not supplied
- Labour costs for parts not supplied by us
- Costs associated with fitting a 'second-hand' or 'used' part**
- Labour costs for fitting a 'second-hand' or 'used' part**
- Parts identified as faulty by another garage or mechanic; you must return to us for evaluation.
**We will only fit 'second-hand' or 'used' parts if requested by the customer and deemed safe to do so.
